management. Heritage advice and reports can also be completed, if required. The majority of our

Diana Kirk has 26 years of experience working on residential projects. Prior to Concept Solutions Diana worked for a number of Architectural Firms on residential and commercial projects. As well as work as a Site Engineer for Civil & Civic Pty Ltd supervising the FF&E for a Sydney Hotel. Diana has demonstrated history of working in the architecture and planning industry. Skills in design and construction management, heritage and conservation of architecture.

Andrew is a construction and development specialist with over 30 years in the industry working within a wide range of sectors including residential, student accommodation, aged care and commercial. Services include design advice and optimization, construction system and buildability, development approval and project management. With a strong record in delivering projects on-time, on-budget and to the agreed high quality we can assist in all aspects of your project from concept to final delivery.
